Let’s talk green smoothies. More specifically, tropical green smoothies.
One thing I think we’re all looking for when we reach for a green smoothie is to just feel a little bit better, right? And no matter what kind of green smoothie it is– we usually want to feel healthier, lighter and more energetic after drinking it.
That’s what this recipe is all about. This smoothie is light, hydrating, and energizing. It’s also the perfect drink to make after a long, indulgent weekend, vacation, or holiday break. Or to kickstart a brand new year. 🙂
In this latest YouTube video, we’re breaking down how to make a Tropical Detox Green Smoothie.
(By the way, are we buddies on YouTube yet? I’d love to see you there!)
It’s the kind of drink your body is calling for when you’ve been having way too much fun eating out and your body is missing greens and hydration. It will add some energy and major detoxification into your day. And it tastes like a tropical paradise in a glass. 🙂
