When I tell you’ve fallen in love with these Buffalo Cauliflower Wings, I mean I have fallen in love with them! I’m so excited to share this recipe with you- they’re such a great crowd-pleasing dish- my boyfriend is obsessed with them- and they’re completely plant-based and gluten-free!
These cauliflower wings are a mix of smokey, spicy, and sweet. They also taste incredibly satisfying – there’s an outer breading on the cauliflower that you bake off first, before adding the buffalo sauce. This helps to give the cauliflower wings an even richer flavor and crunch.
And…. also- let’s talk sauce. I decided to use Primal Kitchen’s Buffalo Sauce because I love the quality and ingredients and wanted to make this super easy. It’s not packed with a ton of unnecessary sugar and additives like you’ll see in so many condiments. Instead, it’s clean, made with avocado oil, and packed with flavor. It’s tangy and spicy, and just so good.
But- if you’d rather make the sauce yourself- you totally can! You can combine melted vegan butter with hot sauce to make your own buffalo sauce.
To pair with the buffalo cauliflower wings, because you might need a little cooling down effecrt, I made a vegan ranch out of plain coconut yogurt. I just add a little salt, chives, dill, onion powder, and garlic powder- and you get this instant ranch flavor. Check the notes in the recipe below for details.
