This juice is one of the best post-wakeup hydrators and energizers. Swap out your morning coffee with this juice and you’ll have sustained all-day energy, rather than the spike/crash effects from coffee. I typically prep the fresh ingredients the night before and make this in the morning, or, if I’m pressed for time in the morning, I’ll make this at night and seal in a tight container and refrigerate it overnight.
This beautiful beet juice is packed with healthy antioxidants and vitamins. Beets contain immune-boosting vitamin C, potassium (which helps with nerve and muscle function), and phytonutrients that help with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and detoxification support. The vitamin-rich apples, hydrating cucumber, and beta-carotene-rich carrots will help to increase your stamina and ward off fatigue. It’s a fantastic morning jumpstart drink that will keep you hydrated and energized throughout your day. Just be careful if you’re wearing white.

- 2 red apples
- 1 large cucumber
- 4 carrots (ends removed)
