Apple Spice Hummus
15oz can drained chickpeas (save liquid)
1 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 tbsp chickpea liquid
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp molasses (if you don’t have molasses, you can sub another tbsp maple syrup)
1/4 cup cashew butter
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
dash of ground cloves
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, process until combined.
Pumpkin Spice Hummus
15oz can drained chickpeas (save liquid)
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp chickpea liquid
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cashew butter
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/8 tsp nutmeg
dash of ground cloves
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, process until combined.
