We are definitely getting down to the wire for the holidays (how did that happen?!), so I’m back today with a healthy gift guide for you! If you have someone in your life who is a health nut (I’m guessing just like you and me) – these gifts would work perfectly for them!
Healthy Gift Guide
Bala Bangles
I know the price point might seem a little steep, but these elevated weights make pilates, yoga, or really any home workout seem like that much more of an experience. I got the white ones a few years ago, and they always make me smile when I get them out to use for a workout.
Vitamix
The literal OG of a healthy kitchen- you cannot go wrong with a Vitamix! This is a VERY nice gift for someone and something that they’ll most likely use every single day. I still have the 7200 model (an older version to the updated 7500), which I love and use multiple times a day. It’s great for smoothies, soups, sauces, and pretty much anything you want to blend. The reason why this machine is at a different price point than maybe some less expensive others is the quality. I’ve had mine for 8 years and it works like a champ- it’s so powerful!
Juicer
Another one of the healthy gifts on this list is my favorite juicer that I’ve been using for years. This model is the one that I use to make celery juice every single morning. It’s reliable and easy to use, and if the person you’re thinking of gifting it to wants to get into juicing, they’ll be psyched to receive it.
Plant-Based Cookbook
You can’t go wrong with gifting a great healthy cookbook as a present. There are so many out there, but I picked the Moon Juice cookbook to feature because it’s just so beautiful and lux! There are a lot of different recipes in here that aren’t quite like anything I’ve seen before. Recipes for nut pulp crackers, raw cakes, and much more. If you have a health nut in your life that also likes to cook- a cookbook is a great option!
Nutr Machine
I’ve fallen for this machine over the past month. It’s kind of genius because it’s a single-serve plant milk machine (versus having to make a large batch of plant milk). So, you can put just 2 tbsp of nuts plus water plus any other flavors you like and it makes you fresh nut milk! (Maybe I should do a YouTube video on it?!) And you can get so creative with this thing! I recommend it for anyone who wants to make nut milk at home who doesn’t have a Vitamix or for anyone who just wants to make nut milk quickly on the go.
Also, if you shop at Nutr.com– you can use code LV10 to get $10 off your machine.
Hydroflask
But make sure you gift the big size, with the straw lid! This bottle has literally become like an appendage at this point- I carry it around everywhere and I think this makes such a sweet gift for someone you love. It keeps water SO cold and will hold ice for an entire day. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to increase their water intake!
Yoga Mat
No matter if your healthy friend is into yoga or not, a great at-home mat is a must for anyone who takes care of their health. From yoga to pilates to a resistance workout- a great mat can be used in so different ways! I have a friend who is a total yogi and she loves Manduka. They’re high-quality, sturdy, and built to last.
Meditation Pillow
If you have someone in your life who meditates, this pillow is such a sweet gift idea! My friend actually gifted me one for my birthday and it really does elevate the meditation experience. It helps to align your spine which is super helpful when meditating.
