Did you ever notice that it can be tough to eat healthy when traveling? I think the key to success with this is packing healthy portable vegan snacks. Instead of relying on finding healthy options at restaurants or convenience stores, you’re guaranteed healthy eats when you pack them yourself.
These simple three ingredient peanut butter balls are an awesomely healthy (vegan) snack to take to work, school, or on trips. They’re also super simple to make. You can make them with or without a food processor and you only need about 20 minutes to do it.
