Ingredients
- 1 can light coconut milk
- 14oz coconut water
- 1 cup coconut meat
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 2 dates
- 1″ knob ginger, peeled
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 2 small red sweet peppers
- salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except salt/pepper) to high-speed blender.
- Puree until completely blended.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with more .
