Today, I’m offering up three detox green juice recipes. They’re each a yummy, healthy way to start your day. Plus, if you’re looking to reduce your coffee intake (which is a good idea if detoxing), fresh juice is an awesome drink to supplement. You’ll get incredible energy from the fresh nutrients you’re drinking and won’t miss any of the acidic, jittery cons of coffee.
Green Detox Juice

The perfect morning detox juice.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber, ends removed
- 1 stalk celery, end removed
- 1 handful parsley
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1″ knob ginger, peeled
- 1 dash cayenne
Instructions
- Turn juicer on. Add all ingredients, cucumber through ginger, piece by piece, until fully processed.
- Sprinkle with a dash of cayenne.
Notes
Wash all produce carefully before use.
Green Energy Juice
serves 1
- 1 head romaine, end removed
- 1 handful kale
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 stalk celery, end removed
- 1/2 cucumber, end removed
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1 apple, cored
- 1″ knob ginger, peeled
- Turn juicer on. Add all ingredients, piece by piece, until everything is fully processed.
- Enjoy.
Tropical Green Juice
serves 1
- 1 apple, cored
- 1 handful kale
- 1 handful spinach
- 1.5 cups (or 2 slices) pineapple, peeled and cored
- Turn juicer on. Add all ingredients, piece by piece, until everything is fully processed.
