Vegan Chocolate Protein Shake (without powder)

A go-to smoothie for when you want a dose of protein, but don't want to use any protein powder.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • dash of Himalayan salt
  • a few drops stevia to sweeten (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until fully mixed. Serve immediately.
