Smokey, spicy, crunchy vegan cauliflower wings that are a total crowd pleaser!

Ingredients
1headcauliflower
3/4cupgluten-free flour
1/4cuparrowroot starch
1tspsmoked paprika
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1/2tspsea salt
3/4cupwater
1cupvegan buffalo sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prep cauliflower: remove leaves, core, and stems from cauliflower head, wash and dry well.
Mix gluten-free flour, arrowroot starch, smoked paprika, garlic power, onion powder and salt in a large bowl. Add in water, whisking until smooth.
Add cauliflower florets to the flour blend and toss to coat. Spread cauliflower out evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake cauliflower wings for 12 minutes.
Remove baking sheet from oven, place cauliflower wings in a large mixing bowl, add in buffalo sauce, and toss to coat.
Place cauliflower wings back on baking sheet. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, serve with vegan ranch dipping sauce (recipe in notes).
Notes
If you'd like to make Vegan Ranch for dipping: Mix 1/2 cup coconut yogurt mixed with 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp dill, 1/2 tsp chives and a 1/2 tsp sea salt.
