Adaptogenic Mushroom Latte
A mood-boosting, stress-busting, focus-inducing latte to start your morning off with a bang
Servings: 1
- 1 cup coffee (I love making organic coffee in a french press)
- 1 scoop Winged Happy Start mushroom blend
- 1/2 cup plant milk (oat milk froths really well!)
Prep your coffee. I like to make a french press, but you could make any kind- espresso, instant, or a pot of coffee. Pour into your favorite mug.
Froth the plant milk. I either use a countertop or a handheld frother, but you could also froth the milk by hand by heating it in a saucepan and whisking vigorously with a whisk.
Add a scoop of the Winged Happy Start mix to your coffee, and stir with a fork until combined.
Pour in your frothed milk.
