Vegan Caramel Sauce

A quick and easy refined sugar-free Vegan Caramel Sauce you can make at home with dates!

Ingredients

  • 20 Medjool Dates, pitted
  • 3 tbsp almond milk (can sub oat or coconut milk)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (make sure oil is somewhat soft or melted)
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until well blended.
  • Place in a container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
