Sweet Stamina Beet Juice

This sweet blend of powerhouse fruits and veggies (with beets as the star) will leave you ready to go with energy, stamina, and endurance.

Equipment

  • 1 Juicer

Ingredients

  • 1 beet
  • 3 oranges (or blood oranges- either kind will work!)
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 apples (any kind will work)
  • 1 knob turmeric
  • 1 knob ginger

Instructions

  • Prep all fruit and vegetables by washing and peeling oranges and beets. Chop ends off of carrots, wash well. Remove stems from apples, wash well. Rinse and peel turmeric and ginger.
  • Run everything through the juicer.
  • Serve in a tell glass. Store any leftovers in an airtight glass container in fridge.
