- 8 tortillas
- dash of himalayan salt
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Start by stacking thawed (if frozen) tortillas on a cutting board.
Using a knife, cut tortillas in half, then fourths, and then eighths. Spread tortilla pieces out in a single layer on baking sheets. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake tortillas for 7 to 8 minutes in preheated oven. Watch closely so they don't burn!
Remove from oven, serve immediately.
