Ingredients

  • 8 tortillas
  • dash of himalayan salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Start by stacking thawed (if frozen) tortillas on a cutting board.
  • Using a knife, cut tortillas in half, then fourths, and then eighths.
  • Spread tortilla pieces out in a single layer on baking sheets. Sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake tortillas for 7 to 8 minutes in preheated oven. Watch closely so they don't burn!
  • Remove from oven, serve immediately.
